These general Conditions of Sale and Terms of Delivery & Shipping shall apply in the absence of the express written agreement to the contrary between Purchaser and Møbel Copenhagen Aps, CVR-nr. 10115558. The General Conditions of Sale and Terms of Delivery & Shipping shall supersede any and all previous agreements and shall apply to any agreement made between Purchaser and Møbel Copenhagen unless otherwise agreed. Right of withdrawal applies only to consumers purchasing on mobel-copenhagen.com.

Payment and prices
All prices at mobel-copenhagen.com are incl. VAT and exclusive of costs of transportation. Payment with Visa and a number of international credit cards is possible.

Claims and warranty right
When purchasing an item at mobel-copenhagen.com Danish Legislation including the Danish Sale of Goods Act will apply. Any defects or errors must be reported within 24 months after receipt of the Goods. The Purchaser can only complain about errors and defects that appear within 2 years after receipt of the Goods. It is the Purchaser’s duty to specify and if requested by mobel-copenhagen.com to demonstrate and further specify the error or defect. For details please contact mobel-copenhagen.com.

Minor knots and pin holes, differences in sewing, shade as well as strong and weak annual rings are a sign of genuineness and cannot be considered as defects.

The following will be exempted from warranty rights: ordinary wear and tear, as well as wear and tear defect caused by incorrect care or inappropriate use of the product. Direct sunlight and heat from i.e. radiator may faith or dry out surfaces of wood, fabric and leather and will be exempted from warranty right.

Risk of goods
If the Goods has been damaged or deteriorated after Purchaser has received it, the Purchaser will retain his right of withdrawal within 14 days if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care for which the Purchaser is responsible. It is always recommended to return the Goods in original packaging.

Right of withdrawal
mobel-copenhagen.com gives Purchaser 14 days right to withdraw from the purchase valid from the day of receipt of the Goods. You must notify mobel-copenhagen.com within the 14 days. All orders are required to be returned in the same condition and quantity as received. The deadline is fulfilled when you return the Goods within 14 days. You shall pay for delivery expenses related to the return of the Goods.

Items that are made to order cannot be returned to Møbel. This is always informed at the product page when ordering items at mobel-copenhagen.com.

How to return Goods bought at mobel-copenhagen.com:

1. Notify Møbel about the items you wish to return by email within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The invoice for the item you want to return has to be included.
You may also choose to notify Møbel of withdrawal of one or more items purchased by using the Standard Withdrawal Form, which you will find at mobel-copenhagen.com or here. If you wish to use the Standard Withdrawal Form, please fill out the form and return it to Møbel by email within 14 days of receipt of the Goods.

2. Return item(s) in original packaging within 14 days to the address below. The deadline is fulfilled when you return the product within 14 days. Print out the invoice and include it in the package along with the item(s) you are returning.

3. The return shipping costs shall be paid by you and are not covered by Møbel.

4. All items returned must be in the same condition and quantity as it is received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item. If not, a deduction will be made in the refund similar to the decrease of value of the item(s).

5. You will receive the refund after the package is received at our warehouse and the condition of the items has been verified.

Møbel makes reservations for price changes, typing errors, force majeure as well as delivery failures for which shipping companies are responsible.

Shipping cost and time of delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are ordered and country of delivery. To see the prices on specific items, add the item to the cart and go to check out.

All orders are packed and shipped on Wednesdays every week. This means the delivery time will vary depending on which date the order was placed. For stock items the delivery will be within 1-2 weeks. For made to order items the delivery may vary from 2-6 weeks. Orders that include both made to order items and stock items will be delivered separately.

Orders within EU
Orders are shipped with GLS, UPS, DSV, TNT, LGT and Schenker at the curbside. In special cases other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be waived. Once the order is confirmed, you will be contacted by a shipping company about the time of delivery, since all deliveries require the Purchaser to be at home at the time of delivery.

Delivery within a requested time frame is not possible.
Unpacking of furniture and disposal of pallets are not included.

If unfortunate transport damages occur, this must be reported in writing upon delivery directly to the courier and proof of reporting of damage in writing upon receipt of the Goods shall be sent to Møbel. If the Goods have been damaged or deteriorated after the Purchaser received it, Purchaser will retain his right of withdrawal within 14 days if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care for which Purchaser is responsible. It is recommended to store the original packaging as the product may be returned.
