Sticks’n’Sushi

After 17 years Sticks’n’Sushi Istedgade has undergone a renovation to enhance the restaurant’s interior. With a brand new cocktail bar at its centre, Studio Emily Broom has created a raw yet refined interior for the restaurant in the vibrant neighborhood of Vesterbro, Copenhagen.For seating, Emily chose pieces from the Font collection. At first, the seating would only include the dining chairs and bar stools, but after a visit to our showroom, the CEO of Sticks’n’sushi insisted on including Font bar sofas as well. The choice of grey Sørensen leather upholstery and polished steel for the frame fits perfectly into the tone and rawness of the project.
